All orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays. We normally ship within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow sufficient time for delivery . Kindly  note that our shipping times may take longer due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly.

Return / Exchange

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or wrong product, you may return the product in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused in its original package within 14 days of receipt of the product for a refund or exchange. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, altered, ironed or damaged. Any damaged or worn returned items will not be refunded. Any items on sale  can be exchanged or store credit only

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@adelmotherhood.com with the reason for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will notify you when your items have been received. All returned items that are received unfolded and removed from the original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee per item, this amount will be subtracted from the amount of the refund.

Refunds are processed using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
